Nora Chaweng Hotel, Chaweng (Koh Samui)

The hotel offers amazing quality rooms with excellent showers and modern decor, though it can be a bit chilly being located under the motel without direct sunlight. The service was generally good, with some areas needing improvement, like technical assistance. The location is perfect for beach and shopping, with a great restaurant nearby, while the dining experience was good but with room for enhancement. The facilities are well-kept and convenient.

My stay at the hotel was impressive. The rooms were new, clean, and surprisingly spacious, with plenty of condiments and excellent daily cleaning service. The staff was neat, tidy, and simple, exceeding the four-star experience they offered. However, there was a lack of knowledge about the cancellation policy and initial room issues. Despite these minor setbacks, the service was very helpful and friendly, especially the front desk staff.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had one of the best jacuzzi baths I have seen, and the steam shower was a nice touch. While they were spacious and mostly clean, they were just fine, nothing extraordinary but definitely above basic accommodation standards. The service was a bit lacking as the staff seemed unfriendly and bothered by questions or requests. Additionally, the location was ideal for exploring markets and restaurants, but being under the motel made it extremely cold. The dining experience offered a nice variety of food, but there were some limitations. Overall, it was a place with its charms and flaws.
