My stay at the hotel was impressive. The rooms were new, clean, and surprisingly spacious, with plenty of condiments and excellent daily cleaning service. The staff was neat, tidy, and simple, exceeding the four-star experience they offered. However, there was a lack of knowledge about the cancellation policy and initial room issues. Despite these minor setbacks, the service was very helpful and friendly, especially the front desk staff.
